With over a decade of experience running their own successful event catering businesses, founders Sam and Dan knew firsthand the challenges operators face. Driven by a shared passion to support others in the industry, they created a purchasing group built around real needs, real margins, and real support. Sam also brings extensive insight from his time at director level with one of the UK’s largest food suppliers—giving our members the best of both worlds: deep industry knowledge and practical, on-the-ground experience.
